This is a take over project as per K Rera order dated 28-05-24 and 06-06-24 the Authority issued directions to the Association of Allottees named Fern Kensington Apartment Owners Association to carry out the remaining development works and complete the project including handing over in the capacity as the promoter. The Allottees Association has changed the name of the project from Fern Kensington to AVORIA HEIGHTS now. The building permit bearing No.A1(2)-334/07-08 has got renewed on 17-03-2025. Then the work starts. Casted 5 th and 6th floors of front tower (2 floors) also the brick work and inner plastering of the flats up to the 4 th floor in front tower. In fact structure of the back tower, up to 14 th floor,it's brick work ,inner and outer plastering was done by the old builder,Fern valley projects ( p) ltd. Also completed the structure work up to 4th floor in front tower. The Allottees Association started their work from 5 th floor. Also completed the brick work and inner plastering of the flats up to 4 th floor in front tower. Now the shuttering works of 7 th floor is in progress. Also started the electrical, plumbing and floor tile laying in the back tower.
