Privacy policy

This policy is for Enthayi?, an independent unofficial viewer of the public Kerala RERA register. It is not K-RERA’s privacy notice. Contact: hello@enthayi.com.

We designed the product to hold as little personal data as we can and still show what promoters already filed in public. This notice describes that practice. It is not legal advice to you.

1. We do not run accounts

There is no sign-up, password, profile, or mailing list. We do not ask for your name, phone, Aadhaar, PAN, or address. The Section 18 calculator runs in your browser on amounts you type; we do not need those amounts to operate the rest of the site, and we do not build a buyer file from them.

2. What stays in your browser

• Disclaimer flag — a localStorage key so we do not show the entry notice on every visit. It is not an account. Clear site data and it is gone.

3. What the host may log

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most hosts, it may record technical logs (IP address, time, URL, user agent) to run the service, stop abuse, and debug errors. We also use Vercel Web Analytics (page views / referrers on the host — not an ad pixel). We do not sell those logs. Fonts are bundled with the site; we do not call Google Fonts at browse time.

Logs may be processed on servers outside India. If that is not acceptable, do not use the site.

4. Public register data (not your data)

We republish selected fields from the public project register, complaint list, and folder metadata on rera.kerala.gov.in, with an as-of date. That includes promoter and project names as filed, certificate numbers, districts, progress percents, and complaint counts. We do this because it is already public, not because you gave it to us.

We do not publish, and we try not to hold in anything that ships:

• Aadhaar, personal PAN, father’s name, or home address of a natural person
• personal phone or personal email
• bank account numbers or IFSC
• complainant names from the complaint list
• PDFs, site photos, or order texts (we link; we do not host the file)

If a scrape or parse ever contained one of those items, that is a defect. Tell us and we will strip it from what we ship. Method is on Sources.

5. Children

The site is about registered real-estate projects. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

6. What we do not do

• Sell, rent, or broker a list of visitors or allottees
• Build advertising profiles
• Use the register snapshot to send you messages

7. Your requests

For a correction or removal of a page that concerns you, or a question about data we hold, email hello@enthayi.com with the URL and what you want done. We will look at it. We may keep a note of the request so we do not put the same error back. We may refuse a request that would hide a public filing we are only quoting, unless law requires otherwise.

You can also delete localStorage and cookies yourself. That does not delete the public register snapshot.

8. DPDP and residual risk

We aim to process only what is needed to run a dated public-register viewer and to answer takedown mail. Hosting logs are a form of personal data. Register fields about companies and projects are mostly not about you as a visitor. This policy does not claim that we have zero residual risk under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or any other law.

9. Changes

We may update this page. The “Last updated” date is the version in force. Related contract: Terms of use.
